Junction 25 is a three level junction, M1 at the bottom, a roundabout in the middle and the A52 Nottingham to Derby road runs over the top.
Take the A52 towards Nottingham.
At the next roundabout, turn left into Toton Lane, Stapleford.
Take the second left (top of the rise) into Brookhill Street .
Go straight to the end of Brookhill Street.
At the bottom of the hill at the T junction turn left onto Derby Road, Stapleford.
In just a few yards along Derby Road , Turn first left into Bessell Lane.
KHI Ltd is on the right hand side before the bridge, (opposite the garden allotments).

Take the A52 towards Nottingham.
At the next roundabout, turn right, (3rd exit), into Toton Lane, Stapleford.
This road changes name becoming Stapleford Lane Toton before descending the hill.
On approach to traffic lights avoid left hand filter lane and take right hand lane to go straight ahead.
At 2nd traffic lights at the T junction turn right onto Nottingham Road, (Toton).
Take left fork into Station Street.
Continue over the level crossing & turn left at traffic lights onto Main Street (Long Eaton).
At roundabout take 2nd exit onto Fields Farm Road.
Turn right into Acton Close.
To the end of Acton Close and turn right.
KHI Ltd is located in "H" Block, Acton Grove Industrial Estate.
